Our family absolutely loves the cookies here! They’re not overly sweet, which is one of the biggest reasons we keep ordering from them. We can’t stand desserts that are too sweet because it takes away from the actual flavor. My husband has ordered from here so many nights 😂 and we love that they deliver late. The cookies always arrive hot or warm and fresh. Definitely one of our favorite spots when we want something sweet!

Cookies were ok. Half of them were really good, but the other half were dry or hard. Plus 2 of the cookies were not what I purchased, so I didn't eat those. Paid $25 for 9 cookies and delivery was through doordash. Which took almost an hour to deliver after I was told 15 mins. I was at work so went with delivery or else I would've went to grab the cookies myself during lunch break instead of waiting if I had known it'd be an hour. Not really interested in getting these again. The cookies & cream Cookie was good, and the peanut butter cookie.

Restaurant was clean and friendly as the Doordash driver. I did ask if they were willing to meet me at the back door where the employee entrance is because it is a long way a lot round to walk into the front entrance on the cottage campus and she said she wasn’t sure so if I find out that they do, I’ll change it to five stars

Terrible customer service. I would say that the cookies are good but I honestly wouldn’t know because they were not delivered. I called to provide a grievance and was provided no resolution. They keep my $29 dollars and provided no service. I do not recommend ordering with them AT ALL!

I generally dislike giving bad reviews. In all . But I've ordered multiple times. A few times they've been inconsistent on delivery. Then delivered it at a later time. But the last time I ordered, I put in my order for my address, added my apartment location. My building apartment wise I'm in has arches labeled with the number for the apartments and the letters. It was wrong once, called the store, they resent it. It was wrong a second time. And I'm just like. No one bothered calling to check. No one bothered looking at the arches with the numbers I did not ask for a refund because I did not want the store to lose more money than the two wrong deliveries they put out to the wrong location. This is just bad procedure.
